I do not understand how can you not edit the site title as it still says Image Hosting Script. Thats just plain unprofessional and makes users who are looking for a new host like me distrust your site.

No its not. Its well known that imgonion admin leaked the affiliate version of the script for everyone. So, this dude probably just downloaded an unpaid version and started a new host just for the sake of it.

If they havent paid you yet, you surely wont be paid if you dont contact.
