OK, I have a question. How big is the chance our submissions will be listed on the index? I visit rardownload daily, and I see only max 3 sites on the index. All from your network probably.

Also, how do rate sites? As there is no rating etc.
How can we reach the index?

About the rating thing well, if it's not installed its hard to get all sites listed on index.

but it will be considered. I will inform how it goes.
 
warezusa.org, We have added your button in the footer. Please remove us from the blacklist. Also we do not submit from closed forums on the site. It is a well know fact that uploaders will do this to gain download revenue.
