As soon as the payment is received to your Payoneer account you will receive an e-mail confirmation. If you have a payment ID number I can check into it for you, or just the e-mail address on your account.

They have said that they have already send me the money back but in my account I received nothing

Hey,
If you have received payment already from a Payoneer partner, and the partner your Payoneer account is associate with allows, you should be able to perform a private load onto your Payoneer Card.
Please make sure that there is money on the debit card you are loading from.

An e-mail with further details regarding your request has been sent to you.
My experience with Payoneer thus far has been extremely smooth. I got my card before the expected time, the US Payment Service was activated within a day, I got my Paypal verification deposits on the card in just shy of a day, and I did a test withdrawal of $300 on a Friday. My card was loaded with the deposit on Monday (taking into account the weekend here), so that's quite fast.
Having had to deal with slow service with a lot of payment providers in this industry, I have to say my experience with Payoneer is quite the refreshing one! Keep it up!
