Official Payoneer Support Thread

The US Payment Service requires an active Payoneer card (under your own name) and can only be linked to one card.

If your friend is interested in applying for the service, he can apply for a Payoneer card by selecting Payoneer as the payment method for his account with any of our partner and affiliate programs.

If he does not have an account with any of our partner/affiliate programs but would still like to apply for a card to receive payment using our US Payment Service, he can apply for the Payoneer Affiliate Card using this link.
 
no actually i was asking that
i will be using VBA with my amazon account,can he attach same VBA to his account as well so that his withdrawals also come to my card

Use of the US Payment Service is permitted for the registered Payoneer account holder only. Additionally, I'm fairly certain the sender (in this case Amazon) will only send the payment to the registered account holder (which is your friend).

You can email contact customer and request our US Payment Service or email me at davidst [at] payoneer.com with the email associated with yoru Payoneer account.

I look forward to hearing from you.

Hey,

Card are sent via standard international mail, and the estimated arrival date is based on average shipping times to your location. The time it takes to arrive depends on the speed of your local postal system, which Payoneer has no control over.
 
How to apply for a new card on same login. I mean i already got account and already use one card, but now i need to make card of some other site and i go to "Already applied for a Payoneer account? click here" i click there and write all informations, and it says: "Operation Not Allowed". and if i go to "get your prepaid mastercard now" i can't use my own mail cause its already registered. What to do?

You can apply for a Payoneer card to receive payouts from any of our official partners. If you do not have an account with any of our partners, and would like to receive payment using our US Payment Service, you can apply for a card directly from Payoneer. That is what this card allows you to do.

It's possible that specific partner requires you to order a card directly from them, and does not support linking to another card. In that case, you can apply again but you need to use a different e-mail address.

If you'd like to PM me the name of the partner, I can check to confirm.
 
Hello Payoneer

I have a Question Please

I have orded a Server from OVH using Payoneer Mastercard but they Rejected my Orer because of some troubles about ID Card etc ...

and they said that the money that I have paid is now locked I will get refunded in 2 weeks

Do I will receive the money to my MasterCard ?

If the transaction is currently listed as "outstanding authorization" on your Payoneer account, that means a pre-authorization charge was made that was never processed by the merchant.

In general these have a set expiration date, as determined by the merchant. Once they expire, the funds will be released to your Payoneer account.
 
i think it was my mistake to get payoneer card and to apply for VBA
its been 3 weeks when i applied.
2weeks before i got an email,i replied them and after 2 weeks those freaks are asking me the same question

So in 2 Weeks or less I will get refunded without any problems?

Right, once the transaction expires (based on the time set by the merchant) the funds will be released to your Payoneer card.

I do apologize for the delay, however please realize that there are strict rules and regulations that we must follow prior to issuing an account, in order to ensure the financial security of both Payoneer and our cardholders.

my VBA got approved,yay :D

how can i check balance in my account VBA?
i have added it to the amazon payments,they said your bank doesnt supports instant verification so they will make 2 deposits in order to verify it,they said it will appear in 5-7 business days

:)

As mentioned by the merchant, all ACH/Direct Deposit transfers take between 1-7 business days. The exact time depends on the sender/bank.

Once the payment arrives to your Payoneer account, you will receive an e-mail notification. Additionally, it will appear in the load history on your My Account page (and the transaction list).
 
they initated 2 deposits yesterday and i received one of them today,wow that was fast :D
i hope all deposits will be that fast :D
n 2nd one comes soon so i verify my VBA n start using it :D
