I forgot to ask you please

-what are the activation fees for the card outside USA ( Morocco )
- after receiving the payout can I load my card manuell using another CC
- can I pay with the card any service who accept Mastercard ?
- How can I chose the Load method (standard and immediate) ?

sorry that I ask many questions :) I need to know

Hey,

You can log in to "My Account" and check pricing and fees and you can see a full list there.

Private loads can start once you have received a payout from a Payoneer partner.

The cards is accepted anywhere that debit MasterCard is accepted.

When you receive the email from us notifying you that we received your payment there is a choice of which loading method you want to use.

sent you a pm,i received my card finally,the first card that was issued in december :D

EDIT:
card activated,disregard the pm,yay :D

Also i wanna know about virtual bank account for taking out payment from amazon account,i am from PAKISTAN but my amazon account is made with USA address

Great! Glad to hear you received the card.

Our US Payment Service does allow you to receive earnings from Amazon, via direct deposit (US ACH). I'll send you a PM now with further details.

It can take 1-2 business days to receive a reply. For the US Payment Service, each application is reviewed on an individual basis, as there are strict procedures and regulations we must follow when approving an application. I do apologize for any delay, but assure you that it's necessary in order to ensure the financial security of Payoneer and our account holders.
 
i just wanted a VBA attached with my payoneer card
what risks are involved?
i thought to cash out from amazon if its gonna delay that much i'll better get the gift card from amazon instead.

I will do my best to speed along the process for you, and once again I apologize for the delay. While there may be no risk specific to this application, we must follow certain procedures for all applicants, as required by our regulators.

The US Payment Service requires an active Payoneer card. Unfortunately, the Indian government has prohibited all non-Indian companies from issuing a debit/credit card to Indian residents, which includes Payoneer. Therefore, we will be unable to provide you with the US Payment Service.
