Currently the best option is to ask your webhost (shared or VPS or managed service) if they block any IPs and debug the problem. We access via a range of IPs in the range of 213.239.207.XXX

There is nothing we can do about this on our side as its most likely a blocking issue (unless your site takes longer than 2 seconds to connect and/or 10 seconds in total to download)

750 submissions to get 2* ? ^o)

I got 2* @ katz with less than 200 submissions as I remember. It's about quality not quantity. I could add upto 2k submissions in no time but most of them would be crap, fake downloads, no url\nfo in archive...etc

No offense but your ddl doesn't bring much traffic, I'm submitting to it just for backlinks not traffic. :P

Quite simply it means only serious webmasters get the decent ranks which bring decent traffic. And no offence mate if you dis our traffic you obviously dont know what you are talking about. We have 1/10th of katz's traffic, and 1/10th of the sites. Do the simple maths.

That criteria is a worse case scenario as people would complain if they where over that and didnt have X rank.

Im going to reword it all now. Anyway number of downloads isnt the major criteria, its just a guideline.
