What's your site? Did you read the instructions. It works fine if you follow the instructions http://www.mechosubmitter.com/instruction.html

No... you've only 36 submits. It tells you in the Webmaster Area exactly what you need in the Re-Rate Area.

I don't run or have access to that site but it's probably that annoying redirect to the forum you have that's the problem. Remove that and it should work. Either that or link to the forum when trying to whitelist your site eg

http://warez-mov.info/forum/ 
and not 
http://warez-mov.info/
