Site rating criteria is as under:

Sites currently ranked 1 to 3 stars: all posts must include a download link from KF.
Sites currently ranked 4 and 5 stars: at least 33% of posts must have a download link from KF..
Sites with a 4* and 5* must have free download links
Sites currently ranked 6 stars: this rule doesn't apply.
Every 1500 posts that include KF download links give you a chance for re-ranking.

Limit your submissions to 200 per day

@prevaren, bro one more problem. I didn't receive any confirmation mail. & I can't find any option to create a cPanel account (I've ever tried reset pass). Can you give me further instructions about this?
