With all respect, members won't make comment like that if Filefat paid members on time, based on description on website :

We pay on request; payments will be made to you within 7 days of request.Payment methods currently Payment methods available are Paypal, Webmoney, AlertPay, Check and Wire Transfer - whatever you choose

Your Admin / Accounting should have the list of members payment request. You can't blame your members if they posting like that. The terms said 7 days, if they haven't receive payment after waiting for a month, of course they start worry, they have waiting without any information.

The way you reply member that worry about the payment is not good. Please remember, it's not fault from member side.

Sorry, it's just a feedback, because everytime members ask about late payment, FileFat comment always like lt was members fault. It's from FileFat who haven't give info and make members waiting.

And honestly i really hope FileFat can fix their payment system. At least accurate like what the terms said :)

I have tried contacting you all and still have not gotten a response back via ur helpdesk.
1. I want to know will you allow wupload leeching
2. could you add a cramit.in leech?
3. Also could u fix the remote upload to where i dont have to keep my browser window open like other hosters (filesonic)?
4. When i try to remote multiple files the progress bar becomes stuck can this be fixed?

Well I had some problems with my Paypal account but now it has been resolved and now I can receive payments so I kindly request that You process my payment to my account.
