We have a backlog of payments that are being processed and we would like to assure you, any outstanding payments, will be done by Saturday. We are in the middle of a major move to improve traffic, so please bear with us for delays and errors seen on pages.
We are determined to see our traffic and speed improve so we have at the moment installed new servers to improve on our services.
As with any major transition, we are bound to encounter some challenges.

As said earlier, we are going through some major upgrades which should see our system working faster and smoother, once completed. So please bear with us, as we go through these major upgrades.
Will keep you posted, when done.

not enough people use your site in France
- because too many errors
- the registration system of premium accounts on other host does not work for everyone those indicated
- the remote lost file half the time and must leave the page open

WE ARE CURRENTLY INSTALLING NEW SERVERS AND MIGRATING TO NEW LOCATIONS, HENCE THE REASON FOR THE SLOW CONNECTIONS. PLEASE BEAR WITH US AS WE GO THROUGH THIS TRANSITION.

Site is run so slowly , downloads are counted very weak , we cannot request payments when we want. please fix this probleme i have many download but no one is counted
 
i have uploaded 1 file in 9 parts the size of the parts is 900 mo i have many download but i my account i have juste 8 dl for the last part part9 and 0 dl for the other part

any explication for this ??
