Wouldn't be better if there were a rule like this:
Posting in marketplace:
20-30 posts needed until you can post in the market place
from which 10 or more quality posts.

I saw a couple of guys registering and starting posting right away.

Please debate.

no its wrong if this kind of rules apply here than less people interest in wjunction and its very good forum here people come easy join and share everything and search what they want so i disagree with you kw3rln

yes i agree with him. not 30 posts but 5-10 posts will work,

@fahadzaman, its their own choice if they want to leave wjunction or if they want to stay here with us :) we didn't force them to join WJ, rules are rules. if you want to stay with WJ follow the rules, otherwise "GTFO"

idea is good :)

tbh, 5-10 posts are tooooo easy to make on WJ (all those retard threads in General Discussion section)

it should be around 25 so that one can judge the quality of posts...

I like the idea of having to do so many posts a week. Nothing too large but enough to keep participation up at this forum. This place has some real character and variety. It s refreshing to see the spectrum.

The idea is great. But if number of posts is kept low, then it would be a lot easier to achieve it by spamming and posting unnecessary crap. So a higher number of posts would be better. And posts like "great idea, great share, lol " should not be counted and if some one posts these to increase post he should be warned. (The suggestion is only for newbies and not existing members)

I see that most people are in favour of this Suggestion
But can anyone please explain, how the No. of posts will guarantee anything ?

It's like saying 'Only people who can do the Cha-Cah-Cha should be allowed in the marketplace'

Well this idea don't make any sense..No. of posts doesn't guaranty the trustworthiness of the seller or even of his product.

Again
What does 'Likes' have to do with anything.
Likes only means that a guy posted some funny crap or some leeched content. What does it have to do anything with scamming ?

Dis agree with this
There are many members who register to sell there services / adspots
Why do they unnecessarily need to make 20-25 posts / get likes
New members user group is just fine! Implementing it would not stop scammers here

If a guy has some good stuff to sell,, Why have him make 20 thank you posts, or other such small talk before he can get down to what he really wants to do.
