Now i will never trust web hosting provider that  ....

1. hide their info when we search for whois - if u doing true business no need to hide ur face if u are not scammer ... why need to hide ?

2. hosting that reply slow for support or ticket

3. if you make facebook page even ur page got many "like" but less people reply there mean you only talk with ur own account - use autolike - poor you

4. web host website that put "customer online support" or "chat online" which is always offline

5. (you can add more if you like) |-)

1. Makes sense.
2. What are your expectations? What do you consider slow? It also depends on if they have advertised 24/7 Support. If not, they might be in the right. Have they advertised a response time / SLA?
4. I've seen this and hate it too.
5. They should post business registration or other related details to show they are a valid business entity

There can be many reasons why someone uses whois protection.
About the livechat, you are right if you can't provide at least 12 hours a day for the live chat you must not use it as a webhosting.

1. Some hide their whois info because maybe they do not have a walk-in establishment or they do not feel comfortable providing all information. Some choose not to hide this info as they are available and have no need to hide it.

2. As someone stated previously different hosts have different SLA, response times, garuanteed uptimes. You must investigate a host before choosing to do business with them or else it is totally on you at the point of purchase.

3. Although social media provides a slight boost to marketability and advertising, there are many providers who do not care much for social media as they are able to efficiently gain clients through word of mouth. In a day and age where you can pay for likes or just add anyone. Facebook is really irrelevent to business production.

4. Some smaller hosts may not have the man power to man these chat systems at all time, but this does not affect their ability to be a quality host. I do think that live chat should at least be on during hours of operations or have sales chat only.

5. Looking for a approved Blue or Green SSL means that your business transactions and discussions are confidential. It also means there is a added level of protection. SSL does not make a company money, but loses them a small amount depending on the SSL purchased, but the fact that they took the time to make sure their customers are secure speaks great for them.

6. Do not always look for the best price...Sometimes the best price does not mean the best service. There are plenty of cheap Non-managed providers that just want a quick buck. Educate yourself and talk to the staff to see if it is the right situation for you.

Happy Hosting!
