Not all file host owners should the rank

I just want to say, not all those file host owners who join wJ deserve a rank. Let them get a bit more famous and later give it to them but not the day they register.

Why one member only? as you can see, officially supported file host threads reach more than 500 pages, that might be a lot to manage. So, it would make sense to have more than one official representative.

As for giving them time, if one host proved to be unreliable or inexperienced then they'll definitely be removed from the group. So far, the group is solid.
