not able to member list

hi,just recently i am facing this problem,i never face this error before,

why this error? i need more posts really? or just a bug?

I'm sure there are other ways of getting a list of members, but I guess this is the easiest.
Therefore, it might be locked to prevent script kiddies from obtaining a list of users for brute-forcing or something.
Just a guess.

You can search for users using advanced search but only if the user has posted as suggested by GeeZus.

We disabled the list for the reasons given by Ashleyuk1984.
