Nofollow Comments, is It Worth?

Hi SEOers, As I know almost links on comments are being applied nofollow on blogs, is it worth our efforts in terms of SEO? does it help to boost ranking or increase traffic for your sites?

I cannot see how nofollow comments can be useful for SEO because it discourages the spread of link juice, which is opposite to what we want.

Each and every link matters for SEO, do not worry about nofollow or dofollow.
You must have some nofollow links as well at least 15% - 20% so that your website's back link profile looks natural to Google.
