yep same here......i loved being with underhost and i have always found them to be str8 and honest with me all the time soanything xmsax says i will trust 100%

Better stay away from underhost!

Why? it's your opinion?! <_<

Did you hosted with us in the past?

We usually have nothing but good comment about our service, since we opened in 2007.

With several customers, hosted with us since the beginning.

Well i have been with underhost with more than a month and ya i have experienced downtimes also. But it was a mishap may be. Even now my site is down for more than 2 days. But i know its for a reason. I would say about underhost that they are professional not like other kids host provider, we already have seen on wj. So they are best so far.

As a matter of fact, they are facing some troubles right away. So everyone does. Well im still going to go with them. They are the best hosting provider so far, aslo their ticket responce is preety fast. And tbh they helped me a lot, when i swithed to them.

Dedicated servers getting caughted? If they are going to do more research every server and account can be in trouble. Im living in the Netherlands and the anti-piracy here, is going crazy the last couple of months. It would be better if we had some info, why the server is removed and if the person that is using that server will he be in trouble as well.

No others servers as been seized, we cannot give information about this issue because, we don't want to be in trouble for this.

I'm sure police have many more thing to do before catch up some "warez linking site" which is not the reason why this customers get his servers seized.

Guess what? Servers have been seized in Hong Kong before.

OMG, Hong Kong isn't safe!! <insert rant, bitch, rave>

i remember wrzhost have a servers seized in HK last or maybe two years ago.

I can say with confidence that NL is fine - well for the larger companies anyway.

wrzhost.com has not had a problem as far as legal matters goes, but we are better protected than most one man bands out there.

lmfao

these guys are HORRIBLE in english
Im an Underhost customer and have never had a problem comprehending what support tickets are supposed to mean, English isn't my first language either but i'm not with Underhost for lessons in language. Im there for 0 (personal) downtime, extremely fast ticket responses etc

I dont care if their support doesn’t have perfect command of the English language or the nuances of English grammar, as long as I can understand ticket responses does it really matter? No.

My post about seized servers on wrzhost was in reference to http://www.wjunction.com/archive/index.php/t-1350.html

Which have nothing similar to our situation since, the servers was leased per one customers in our case and the DC to avoid problem deactivated the whole rack and formated 2 servers HDD, after the police investigation, they apologize, because they was thinking we we're the owner of the servers seized servers (which is leased).

Our networks are stable and fine again, so this issue are now in the past for us, we are sure no further accusation can be made against us in this case after around 1 hour in phone with a dutch police agent.

Netherlands is safe for warez linking, exclude underage porn/phishing/spam which are not allowed around the world.

In reference to a topic that's more than a year old, you can't see this as a similar situation.
I still had all the servers in Hongkong and if your server is hacked and there is bank phishing or some other huge problem they will take your server down and you can only call the dc to explain and ask them friendly to block the site until you have done the right thing to stop this, this happened in the past 4-5 years and will still happen.
And the case in Jun2008 was far worse than some phishing site, I also lost my paypal because of all the fraud orders,it was a horrible time.
Anyway as long as you keep your servers secure and u use some sort of fraud protection on orders you should be fine but there are always people with bad intentions who could ruin it for everyone.
The dutch anti piracy group BREIN only focuses on torrent sites btw.
