What I honestly don't understand how alcohol can be legal and marijuana isn't.
When people drinks too much alcohol, they usually get violent and when people smokes herbs, they are relaxed and mellow.
When people driving drunk, they run people over, but you don't see that with weed, you will still sand able to function after smoking.
So why is it that alcohol is legalized and weed isn't? Just don't make any sense to me.

Till this day there is no known overdose on marijuana so you can shove that fact up your ass. And it's barely illegal, in California and other places you can easily get a medical marijuana card which gives an even greater choice on strains and what not. Give it 2 more years and I bet it will be legal in AT LEAST BC, and California.
Now, I have been smoking since I was 14 years old. I don't smoke cigarettes and never had. I have not done any other illegal drugs so don't even try and say it's a gate way drug or anything like that.

I disagree about the weed making people rape other people, but it does make SOME people commit crime. The same can be said for any drug though. I have known people to shop-lift, rob because of alcohol, which is legal. I am not going to preach either way though, the way I see it, people will do what they want to do. I personally don't use any drugs, yes I have done in the past and now I don't. I chose the best option for me, which to be honest I really couldn't care what anyone says, it was the right decision. I don't care if they come up with some studies that show that weed makes you into a Love God, I still wouldn't use it. Oh, and even though some people who smoke weed don't commit crime, the dealers and peddlers do. Oh, and for those saying they want weed legalised, if you live in any of the, what I like to call "top" countries (UK, USA, Canada etc), that certainly won't happen in your life time, if at all. Maybe in the third world countries where the government aren't as well-balanced.
Well the being on the drug doesn't make you commit the crime, but wanting the drug does and in my opinion weed isn't physically addictive and barely psychologically addictive, but I do agree all drugs do that.. anything can do that.
I live in Canada, and I guarantee it will happen in my lifetime. 2 if the political parties already want to, but Stephen Harper is a dipshit and is against it, ahah. But, yeah it'll happen just you watch.

I have never seen a violent pothead! You do get "Instant Asshole" when you add Alcohol about 85% of the time excessive drinking takes place.
The worst things I have experienced after smoking lots of weed in no specific order were:
Running out of weed
Falling asleep early
Loosing the remote for the tv until the next morning (must be the Borrowers or those South Park Under Pants Gnomes)
Unable to properly use the mouse or keyboard
Over eating
Spending too much on junk food when going to the store stoned with the munchies
Running out of rolling papers and can not find a pipe
Dry Mouth
Increased or Decreased Perception
a Semi-Euphoric state of relaxation
I'm sure I could think of more but none have anything to do with violent acts and the only criminal act involves the weed itself.
As for Government laboratory tests:
If you were forced to smoke 3 to 5 times your body weight of the highest grade weed available daily for months you would probably play with your nuts openly and die of a lung related illness or disease also.
