Was with this host for nearly a month now. 18th would be the month to be exact. Anyways, worked like half the time and didn't work half the time. Sucks, but I don't mind losing out on a couple dollars when it was hinted at anyways when you have a reseller and a one man show.

I assume there were no external backups being made, right?

Also, is everyone getting a refund if you were on the failed disk? At least, that's what I'm guessing since wrzhost seems to be giving them back.

No, it can't happen just like that. You didn't setup/configure everything good enough in the first place or you made a miskate and rm -rf /*'d your own server.
