What does it mean exactly by "DMCA ignored"?

DMCA refers to Digital Millenium Copyright Act. A US law. It means that basically such abuse complaints are ignored. See last post from me

Most DMCAs are ignored yes but there are some rare cases where it cant be ignored, for example if it gets serious... court... you know.
