This link is slightly deprecated because it references enabling HTTP/2 on nginx. HTTP/3 was introduced this month.
Following that article's steps you'll see it reference "h2" protocol in inspect element of chrome. I'm currently seeing "h3-29" protocol being used on production sites now.
