New webmaster

Hi all,

a few weeks ago I got into the file sharing industry and acquired a site that serves as such. It was in pretty bad shape and all but has interesting traffic. I am joining this forum to learn about how to run such a site to be both a great user experience, but also being sustainable. Not looking to make money really, just to be able to pay for itself so I can potentially leverage the traffic somehow. Right now the site is losing money every day. It is not offering any money to users for downloads, monitors DMCA content daily and that's about it I guess.

Any high level ideas for me?

Thanks, where do I start? lol... I am putting a new template online today or tomorrow, is there a channel on this forum to have people review and comment it?
