To much of the colour blue its everywhere maybe you should try a lighter colour (eg the grey navbar up the top is nice) apart from it being blue id give it a 6.5/10 nice a clean good job!

- if i wasn't reviewing your site i would just run away at the same moment i see the ads of the girls ... I am looking for warez , not girls
- the forum is good .
- the color of the logo is not fitting the background and the forum's colors.
- i suggest you remove the small icons of warez and music and movies from the logo .
