Hello,
- the font of this image is hard to read http://www.warezxl.info/images/styles/unreal/misc/right1.jpg . i think it would be better if you remove this image . or make one without a background that over rides the main background .
- Nice template.
- the footer ad is breaking the beauty of the template.
- I like the arrow "back to top "

OK remove that image to the right of your banner cause it's a bit ungly.
Remove the Register Today Image as hundreds of warez forums are using the same(just make one on your own)
Definitely Remove most of the affiliates buttons as katz will not accept you and believe me katz will give you a fair traffic.
Nice layout in general but try to remove the Unreal Tournament image on the left of your footer.
Hope all of these help you out.

oh ok thnx guys i removed the affliates but why wont katz accept the site , can i know the reason plz.
Well remove the scroll back to up option (http://warezxl.info/up.png). vb has already this option check at the footer.
at the header part: better if you add link hover.
and about affiliate means you have to put katz button at every page which will show at katz.cd. otherwise they will not accept your submit.

ya i am working on the icons in the dock
you're header isn't right, you can see solid lines where the images meet, you should make them look as if its all one instead of just blocks.
also this image http://warezxl.info/images/styles/unreal/misc/right1.jpg
should have a red type of line like the rest of the header. also on the dock the member list image and the new post image doesn't work very well on a dark background
