Hi, forum members,

I am Carlyle a new member here and I would like to introduce to you my new project Best Coin Exchange. Mainly it is a cryptocurrency exchange rating site.

My aim is to review and rate all major exchanges in order to help bitcoin'ers avoid scams and frauds. I went myself several times through the harsh times and lost bitcoins in not so reputable ventures.

Maybe you can comment on the website and the idea itself. Any help will be much appreciated.

Hello Carlyle,

I must say you have a pretty impressive project in hand. The details look very good. Just try de-cluttering the homepage a bit, looks like too much information is cramped up in one page.

Good idea and domain choice. Design is great too, keep it up (y)

I also agree, this project is not only interesting but will be extremely useful in the long run. In terms of constructive criticism here is a list of things you may want to consider to improve your virtual exchange website.

  • Declutter - Too much information on one page feels a bit cramped
  • Reorganize - Information is organized in a not very logical way and would benefit from a reorganization
  • Website Speed - Personally I noticed the site running a bit slow, may want to look into faster hosting or installation of cloudflare
  • Menu - Maybe make the design of the menu more bold as for a few seconds it took me a while to understand it was the main menu

If you have any questions as to any of these comments or if you need help feel free to PM me and I would be happy to assist.

Thank you for the feedback, I really appreciate it.

I am currently trying to speed up the site.

About the too much info, what would you suggest to take out from the homepage?

Analyse your Google Analytics to see what users read more on the site and then take a call on removing stuff from homepage. You dont want to take away content which users like the most.

Consider checking out Site APP as they will help you do a heat map of your current site and it will help you determine what your users use and don't use. If you have any questions regarding the setup of this let me know and I would be happy to assist.

One thing that I can recommend immediately however is the fact that you have two sections that have social buttons I would recommend removing the one in the body and leaving the one in the header.
