from january it takes a while to find more payment methods and!? nothing changed!

and - WHERE'S ANSWER FOR ?

Hello,

I hope you can help us. We have been advertising for your site for quite some time.

We requested a payout (about ~3000€) in March. After a Month we got an e-mail asking us to explain how we got so many new users.

We answered that we wrote a blog post about the offer where users could create a free acount. This blogpost ranks well on google and thus we still get a lot of new users through the post.

After not getting an answer for a while, our account was suddenly closed.

Please explain to us why this was done as we do not understand why it was closed. Our Account number is 2314370.
interesting and... no answer!

still no answer

Probably has something to do with the way they promoted ul.to. But an answer would be great nonetheless.

Any news on upcoming bank payouts?

Yes, we wrote about the free accounts when they were given away.
Our page now says that from time to time there are free accounts again, but not all the time.

Ul.to said in a mail that we were falsely promoting an offer. Any mails we sent after this statement (which is false) were not replied to :(

Kind of disappointing!

And they still do that? Haven't heard anything of something like that. They did it for a short period of time only.

So you got an answer. Whether or not ul.to has a point is not mine to judge. But I can see where ul.to may think that you are falsely advertising the site. It can damage their reputation if users get upset.

Yeah, last time was end of April that they gave accounts away.

As we clearly state that they are not always available they can't just say that they won't pay. Even in their own TOS they say that they only ban accounts after warnings.

The way i see it, they are looking for a reason not to pay the money, and them not answering anymore seems to confirm it.

How much answers do you still want to receive, you got your answers from different channels and everyone told you, that this method of referring users is NOT allowed. It is the same way like buying google ads or selling accounts via eBay in order to gain the 60% revenue.

Your first message just said that you can't do anything about it, my answer to that was ignored.

As i pointed out in all my messages, we did nothing wrong and never violated any TOS (i read them). You never stated that you do not want us to promote your page in this way and we don't state on our page that this promotion is permanent.

We just tell users that from time to time you do these promotions, which is the case.

I'd love to hear from you where it states that what we are doing (writing about a repeating time-limited offer) is not allowed and why you are not answering this question via any channel!

For me it is kinda self-explanatory. You promote ul.to with false promises. Because randomly giving away premium accounts isn't part of the service. They could end the promotion anytime (if they haven't already done that by now), and your post would still say that they do it.

We are not writing that...

We write that sometimes they offer this promotion, which totally correct and does not interfere with any point of their TOS.

Kind of disappointing that such a big host will try to find a reason not to pay out where there is none.
