i try http://exchangex.ru, i already paid them using webmoney after 12hrs still nothing on paypal?


and they ask for this:
In order to confirm that you are the owner of money planned to exchange, send a scanned copy or a photo of the passport, drivers license, National ID сard or other similar document of the owner of WebMoney account.

i use this service for exchange from WMZ to PrivateBank CC http://ukrwm.com/en/
works fine
I think it will work fine for exchange WMZ=> Pay Pal

P.S.
to colie , you must send scanned copies of documents , you can use scanned copies from WebMoney account! After verification on exchangex.ru account you get your money.

In what way did I receive money in the WebMoney account? :D

this is the part i don't like (even paypal/webmoney/alertpay dont ask for it)

and paypal deduct 4% as comission Fee too
why is money send from filehosts no fee is deduct?

to colie, when you register on WebMoney service , you must send scanned copy passport for verification "Formal passport" on WebMoney account. For withdraw money from the system you must have "Formal passport".

Yes, I'm skeptical too at first, but they are legit. I completed mine in 4 minutes. :) The fee is the lowest I've seen everywhere so I wouldn't mind.

hmm, i never send a thing to webmoney, so my formal passport is unverified (cannot withdraw have to depend on exchange
as i still able to use it to send money to exchange.ru)?:unsure:

i never send anything but have format passport. i did the same thing your youtube video show to get format passport, just enter some fake but some true data, don't intent to use webmoney for long.
yup, ok with exchangex.ru (just that they ask too many questions for first time users and request to send scan id etc) took -1.5% only when i change from wme to pp usd but at paypal end they took 4% fee.


now trying to do the same with alertpay (cannot verify acc, money stuck there for months)
any exchange site to recommend?
