Everybody knows the new rules:

- no PPD
- 7€/1st-order, 1€/following order
- no PayPal
- it looks like there will be pay only one time/month
- 20% fee for payments under 100€

And now its you own decission to use this service or not.

As far as i concerned i don't think 7€ per sale is bad , it's amount for the follow 1€ which is very very bad. 1€ is really a joke !

For example a downloader who buy 1 month premium account (9,99€) : the uploader earn 7 and ul.to 3€

After this month if the downloader buy a 6 month account (39,99€) , the uploader earn 1€ and ul.to 39€ !

Conclusion ul.to earn 42€ and the uploader only 8€. So with this case ul.to earn 625% as much as the uploader !

So ul.to make an effort with the amount for the follow !

Edit : Oh yes if an uploader earn less than 100€ , with this same example ; ul.to earn 722% as much as the uploader !!!!!!!!!!!!
