when you earn >20 eur, you can fill purse in affiliate program

Uploaded.to is very bad. 7euro for new premium accounts and 1 for rebills. We will get nothing from the second month. I think 60/60 PPS is perfect.
And 20% fee for payment which < 100euros.:D
