Who told you to make 2 accounts ? paypal . Its a security feature if paypal finds same ip in 2 accounts then it will feel there is some strange activity in that account dont blame pp for limiting u account when its your fault. Also i agree our Government is the most Taxt Hungry Govt. A normal Guy may be giving 1 + Lack just for Tax
thats nonsence they havent done anything
I never made runned two accs at the same time.
My previous acc was limited day before yesterday and it was for 180 days.And so i made another and that also got limited.

No i am not. i hope they will shutdown paypal and all other online payment methods for India, you guys can't handle the freedom they are giving you.

I am verified account holder. I have business account as well as personal one. Both are verified and i have got no mail yet.
As inquired by a friend who has got 4 paypal accounts all verified, he said to me, that this is all fake, the one of his paypal id which was distributed publicly had only a mail as such, none of his other accounts got any such mail.
I think its fake..
