We do have an API but it needs more work. No ETA.

What are the limitations when I use Oceanus free of charge?
An upload can be up to 5 GB. Premium users have 30 GB available. Overall a free account can only be up to 20 GB, premium users have a limit of 500 GB.

There is no storage limit for premium customers.

The FAQ will be corrected.

We are very much under capacity at the moment, but of course our resources aren't unlimited. We may need to be stricter if there is a sudden rush for accounts.

We can accept most of them, they're just not on-site yet.

I've been having trouble getting money into Liberty Reserve without losing about 30% actually. I'm looking for a reliable exchanger with decent rates.
