Seems like a Great 'start-off' Image hosting site.
But I'd prefer changing abit of the template on the site if you can get a Coder.

Not bad, some thing i would do is:
Get a new design
Make it that bit more unique with plugins etc.
add some more features for uploading options.

and put it on a dedi, or even a high resource VPS untill it starts to get bigger
Stay away from shared hosting for this kind of website.
