Go some one tell HOTFILE ...that Most Uploaders on hotfile are from INDIA , so india also in there Paying Country list

India will never EVER be in a paying country list. Indian traffic is the worst type of traffic you can have. It's terrible quality and I'm sorry as I know most members here are from India. It's nothing against you it's just your terrible for conversion.

As for the sites they added yes it is good news and will help but I don't think it will make a massive difference.

Unlike Fileserve, Hotfile doesn't have country based tiers. So including India means paying the same for Indian traffic as for US or UK traffic. Never gonna happen. HF will never survive that way as conversion rates will just hit rock bottom.

they paid for Hong Kong now. wish they will add PRC later though I doubt it will happen as they have over 1.3 billion people...imagine that how many downloads you will get.8-)

as for India, they will add it if the premium sign-up ratio is acceptable according to them. but I doubt it will happen as well.:P

I don't remember where but I read once that HK used to DDoS some filesharing sites because they didn't pay their country or something like that
