New design for hosting company

I am looking to buy new website design for my company www.2freehosting.com and would love to hear your thoughts if it worth buying it online or seek for local designers is a better idea? I only need design, not the coding part.

Infact you website Don't looks that bad, except 2FH, which is too bright.

I think MikeIn is absolutely right. Your website looks good. But, You seriously need a Logo revamp and need another illustration instead of that 2FH which is too bright.
