Actually i did not said they're scammer. But what can you say about a host that doesn't allow you to backup? And takes forever to reply you? And cares only about earning money and not their clients?

And when did I say you called them a scammer? Don't go trying to put words in my mouth. I was merely stating I'd like to hear the reason for this. While extremely unlikely for all I know you could have being hosting CP.
I was merely stating I'd like to hear the other side and why your were suspended. These companies usually do it for a valid reason. Submit a ticket as suggested by others and be patient. 400 users online is nothing to get excited about to be honest.

I do not mean to offend you, but by the first post it just looks like an impatient angry customer.

We do not have all the facts about the situation as Mr. Happy just posted, so we cannot determine if and what is going on, and if it is your fault or WrzHost's.

That's why none of these threads people make ever help. It just starts a flame war, or the host comes in and starts arguing with you, and you argue back, then it gets locked.

No one ever posts information to show what really exactly happens. So in the end, it's either the host covers up what happened and they win, or people believe your story and think the host is a scammer when it could be your fault.
 
its shared hosting, don't ever expect anything. it could also have been an automated script that bans an account if uses x amount of resources. if you have a 12 hour back up.. then load that.. what are you complaining. be glad you have a back up.

so why didn't you make back up every 12 hrs?

Because not everyone knows to do that, or even thinks about it. Most people just rely on their hosts. Which sometimes can be a good or bad thing.

It's irrelevant whether or not he backs up or not. The point is why he got suspended, and why he is not getting a response. That's all that matters.
 
Erm, the last time I was online was 14 hrs ago. I did make a backup, but it wasn't enough. Ya better than nothing. But i was hoping for the latest DB, as it isn't a small updates over at the sql side. Even if it was auto backup, i'll still not able to access the file via FTP

@Sandin0, I was suspended because of the CPU usage. I didn't know CPU usage outweigh BW. Well, all I hope was a little time for backup now. If you're a webmaster, you'll definitely feel the pain if you'll restoring something outdated....like a forum. You can stop whining, yes, but you're still feel lost no matter what

Well then if you were suspended for high cpu usage, they might ask you to move to another package.
But they should let you get a backup, even though they probably won't let you do it personally. Seeing as how if they unsuspend your site, you will just continue to use CPU. So therefore causing a headache for them and you.

Most likely, they can provide you a backup when they response (i hope)
 
if he got suspend for CPU usage i think he should of gotten temporary suspended, is probably what happened idk
Yes that's why <_< My previous host did that, they turn my site back on once the CPU usage goes back down. They inform me about this and gave me a chance to make decision. A responsible host worth respecting.

Even hostgator would just put a 500 server error on your site bt you'll still able to access FTP and cpanel

the bad thing about wrzhost is that all their support staff is in the same timezone so they are all prob zzzzzzzzz right now.

wait until 2am (usa,eastern time) for them to get on

I asked for this to be reopened because I would like to give you proper closure.

Sites with high CPU, Memory and/or network traffic which effects the other users of the server in question will be suspended, this is nothing personal to you however I would like to make very clear that you had an email 48 hours prior to suspension stating you will require a virtual server or at the very least upgrade to our semi dedicated package, as you didn't respond we suspended your site.

As you said, our servers are fast, this is because we try our very best to keep sites that will slow the server down off our shared services.

At the end of the day, We're not out to get you, we're more than happy to help you with anything you require. If you would like a backup of your site (which I haven't seen any requests for) we'll always give a full cpanel backup, perhaps not activate your account for you personally to get a backup, but our technical support will be more than happy to login and generate a backup on your behalf.

As always, if you ever have any problems, questions, want a refund and/or backup! - all you need to do is log a ticket (PM or Email me the ticket reference - for this instance only) and I will personally make sure that it's dealt with in a timely fashion.

It's unfortunate that you had these problems and didn't let myself or a member of the management team know. As soon as you have a problem shout! And we'll do our best to assist you then and there.

As for the support, Live Sales and telephone support will be introduced at the end of March, and 24 by 7 for all customers at the end of May. Support currently is open between 9am and 5pm GMT however for Virtual and Dedicated customers they have the 24 by 7 engineer's mobile number should they have an emergency. Current phone support is in English and Spanish ONLY.

As a goodwill one-off gesture, I'd like to offer you a full refund and credit for one month hosting on our Netherlands VPS Service ( VPS - Large ) and an extended discount should you wish to continue hosting your site with us.
