We removed domain check from VPS Orders.

Also, The issue was caused by SSL. It has now been fixed.

And at your site only Paypal and Bank transfer?
 
There are issues faced with Skrill, invoices were not getting marked Paid when running in Sandbox.

About webmoney, We are trying to get our account upgraded to merchant for API Payments, You can open a ticket and we'll let you know the details for these gateways and we'll manually mark the invoice paid till these issues are resolved.
