Hello !

I want to sell my website ( need4share.net ) as i don't have time to manage it and also i hated the warez scene !

My site was created in july 15 ,2009 and it will expire soon ( July 15,2010 )!
It's whitelisted in many DDL sites (10) and 2* Katz (2 months from last re-rate) .

I had over 1k members in my site with more than 3k UV/day but due to problems with my hoster , i lost all my DB and in result i was obliged to begin from "A" and all my submissions to DDLs (over 5k) were deleted because of this ==> The traffic , Alexa rank (from 300k to 500k) , Google PR (from 2==>1) dropped ! It's normal that i have 141 members , i began with the current forum since 2 months only due to the problem i mention before !

As you can see , i have recently installed vBulletin in my site with phpBB , but i had many problems with it . That's why i will remove it when the site will be sold . It you want to install it yourself ,i can help you to import from phpBB ..

You will get after the sale :
- cPanel User/pass
- Mail/pass for the client area (@ my hoster's site )
- Secret Q/A for my hosting account ( to prove that i will not change the pass after the sale)

Please , let me know your suggestions and the price that my site deserves

Methods accepted : AlertPay / Paypal (not preferred)

Note : If someone suggests a good price , i promise to pay the domain/hosting for another year

it's 11 months old and only has 141 members or is that because of the import?

who is the current host and im guessing its on shared hosting?

im not bidding but you might be able to get $10-20 starting/mid bid maybe $30 max since not many members or traffic

As for the hoster , i am still on a shared hosting because i don't have a very high traffic to switch to VPS
 
alright netmonster you might want to include that in your first post, so that people don't think you only have 141 members after 11 months xD
