Recently i want to make a WP8 App for my college Erp.
so user can check their attendance details assignments etc from their mobile phone.

Please tell me who can do it.
i dont know that ERP has Mobile theme or not.

Please Tell me how i can do it.

Cant say about my Budget because i dont know how difficult it is.

i just need a simple app from which user can use our college ERP from mobile eaisly.
