need VPS

i am looking for a windows VPS with this spec but it would be better if i can upgrade the spec later (if i needed ) .
spec :

5gb disk space
100gb bandwidth
1gb ram
Windows server 2003 ( i will provide the key if needed )
budge : $30
must be offshore i am planing on hosting a game server on it .

note: i know that linux is better for game servers but i prefer windows .
