Need VPS

I need a good VPS hosting with a good company.

My requirements are
10 GB Space
Dedicated 512 MB RAM
over 50GB BW
cPanel
For a Warez site.

Not over $35 bucks.
Any suggestions ?

why a vps for such small specs? have you had trouble with shared hosting?
