Need a VPS with these specifications

200 GB Disk Space (atleast 100 GB )
20000 GB Data Transfer (atleast 10 TB )
2048 MB RAM (atleast 1.5 Gb Ram)
1 Gbps Network Connection

i will be using VPS for SBorg , Rapidleech (Personal)

Also need with good support

Budget : 30$ ( If More also Ok i will check with the price )
Location: USA - prefereed (OR) Netherlands
Payment Method : Alertpay (preffered) (OR) Paypal

Note : i will use it for rar and unrar also (uses More CPU)
