Need Suggestions + Offshore host [for more come in]

hi guys i do got a datalife engine site right now but i got 2 problems !

1* i need a new host with no max packet details having 5-10 GB Space and 100 GB bandwidth atleast (payment through AP only)

2* i got a DB error which is when i restore my datalife engine DB it gives me error i need a prof help for that and i need that host who can sole my problem ...

Now lets talk about what suggestion i am seeking for !

i want every to suggest me that which one has greater traffic like DLE site has more traffic or PHPBB3 which one should i go with .... ?

i do have a DLE 9.3 site with an error on DB as i mentioned above and if i go with PHPBB3 i would be creating a new one and i will leech posts from forums for that obviously it will take a while so what are ur suggestions guys ?
