Need suggestions Launching File Host

Hello All

We are launching a new file host
Site design is complete right now we are working on payment gateway account opening documentation. we will use our country local payment gateway this payment gateway accept worldwide visa and master credit card and debit card

this payment gateway will pay us every five day payment direct to our bank account so no any problem to wait payment and no any problem to pay to our affiliates also we have good fund for pay our affiliates

which plan good for file host and affiliates ?

pay per download or pay per sale

in pay per sale every sale payment gateway transfer to our bank account in 2 day to 5 day and we will pay affiliates to in up to 15 day (need time to check fraud)
payment gateway will give full rights to refund to cc if any charge back

in pay per download many spammer cheat download system and increase download numbers
so we thinking to not start pay per download what is your suggestions about stop spammer in pay per download and pay per sale ?

entropay (recommended)
we have business account from entropay
entropay give Physical Entropay Plastic MasterCard & withdraw your cash from any ATMs worldwide that supports MasterCard.

after we sent money to to entropay user they can withdraw cash from any ATMs worldwide that supports MasterCard.

paypal (only for payout)
moneybookers (only for payout)

detail about pay per download (if start) and pay per sale (100% will start)
we will post on site and support thread

sorry but PPD have so much problem PPS 50% sales and rebills is best for filehost and affiliates
we will get every sales payment direct to our bank account in upto five day so we can pay time to time affiliates even big $$$$$$$ amount
 
My opinion : add only pay per download something max 25$ / 1000 , count only unique ips , allow porn , this is how Deposifiles makes millions of $ .
 
PPD are simple..just count 1 unique IP per day like DF and RG so no spammer like host that count multiple download.do not offer high rate around 20-25$ TOP. (with PPD even with low rate ur host will fast get popular) PPS is a must..coz almost big uploader are looking for PPS site, but if u only offer 50% i think it's going to hard since many BIG host offer more then 50% eg

Uploaded offer 75%-65%
Netload 80% no rebills

make a new program that other host never make it.my oppinion

1. uplaoder who can make 100 sales in a month or top 10 uploader will get 12$ per sales in the next month(like filesonic)
2. make a seperate PPS like netload sales only no rebbils and rebills only no sales
 
Dont put affiliate, if you dont have money
Make a reliable host with non waiting time for free and average speeds, and fill it with advertising
Rent 10 Gbps server instead of 1Gbps
Put cloudflare, I know a video streaming host (videomega.tv) that uses cloudflare and works really great

that really doesn't matter. nice design won't help if there are upload/download problems and technical issues. better test all the features of your hosting with random people from random parts of the world before you make it public
 
if u want the long run it's PPS PPD is a long shot u may get sales to pay those uplaoders or not also u will have to deal with so many downloads that u will buy news server every week or so but to be a PPS host in the current market u need high rate stable servers not the cheap once 60/60 is a standard if u want to attract webmasters also have a webmasters 5% or 10% contact all big forums offering them that 5% or 10% to be allowed there and to promote your site have many payment gateways for affiliate webmoney , bank transfer or moneygram is a must in PPS in the end good support be ready to invest until ROI comes and good luck

yes PPD are simple but not good for low size file like up to 50MB
if we will start PPD we will offer count only 100MB+ Download

we know in affiliate system need so much money need to starting
we have good amount fund for pay affiliates but before start want to setup everything perfect
so not get any payment gateways problem (posonline) payout problem (paypal)
we want everything perfect
before open account we told everything about file hosting site to our payment gateway and payout account (entropay) they allow unlimited amount payout and transition

for payout we will recommended to user entropay and for dedicated server we will use choopa high Quality server and QuadraNet both company network is very powerful
we also told about file sharing site they allow file sharing site and ready to give dedicated server
we have five member team for handle dedicated server technical issues

i really want moderators Respected Member and senior member suggestions they have good experience. please sir give me good suggestions about PPS good OR PPD for both filehost and affiliates
 
Dude pay per download will get your site shut down like it happen to the US
Also payment gateway will be a problem considering AdultKing (Stopfilelockers.com) will do his best to deprive you of any payment method.
Strong DMCA and policies won't help , this guy has got good contacts from paypal , payza , moneybookers etc....
He will upload child porn , bestiality to your site and then take screenshot and send to paypal.
Here is a possible solution i though about concerning adultking , pm me :) {His strategy can be defeated}
 
Although thing i would like to add , don't choose an onshore Dedicated server provider
Better choose a country like Sweden , Ukraine , Seychelles.The sweden laws are less strict than US
This is to avoid huge and fake amount of DMCA. Many people or companies nowadays will flood you with these
For domain registrar i suggest internetbs.net (its an offshore registrar)
If possible choose a domain tld not under ICANN(.ws , .su , .eu etc..)
Ofc you can also buy the .com and then redirect it to your desired extention(thus don't lose traffic)

we will not use paypal , payza , moneybookers as payment gateway we will use entropay for payout entropay will give Visa credit card number + physical plastic card for withdrawal from atm

for payment gateway we will use our country local payment gateway they allow file sharing site

for user withdrawal
1) they can add credit card number (entropay virtual credit card) in paypal OR any other payment account and upload and withdrawal money direct to bank account

2) entropay will give physical plastic card for withdrawal from any atm worldwide

offshore dedicated server provider not have good network like usa server company
can you please give me name of company have good network on offshore ?
