we will very strict in warez related files if someone upload warez files and got dmca notice we will remove or disable access to the material also every file url have dmca complain form for submit dmca notice
we will follow all rules and regulation

You need really good money support, cause too many amateur around will signup and your servers will down in few days with full of data and you will tell here " we ordered new usa servers" " wait for EU servers next week", or people will says " ftp not work" because you are amateur (if so) and people will hammer your ftp servers or will hammer all servers with uploads with 1-10 gbit rdp,vps servers and all will be slow or down in first month if you do not have enough powerfull servers need too much money for them. After a while, affiliation will make problem during payment period, delays or refunds or companies will capture your money

Opening a new host wants may be 100,000 thousand $ at start up to buy best servers and best TECH TEAM to fix bugs, problems, errors, cheaters ...etc. You can say its too much, money is the key
in every part of life . If you have it with good tech support, you can succedd or dissappear in few months.

I am just saying that its better to be safe than sorry .That's why i suggested offshore dedi host and registrar. Ofcourse that Don't mean that if OP don't delete COPYRIGHT stuffs he will stay safe.
I believe that the US is becoming shit today and you can't get justice from their gov. Offshore servers and domain + good DMCA takedown policy shall be good to prevent dumbass like Robert King from shutting your business down even if you are completely legal:)
It will also be a means to prevent FAKE dmca complaint (U will get lots of them for sure , as DMCA is a weapon used to shut down businesses these days)
