Need Storage Server

Currently I am using the following server for storage.

Processor(s) : Intel Xeon X3440
CPU : 4c/8t
RAM : 16 GB DDR3
HardDrive : 4x 2TB SATA
Connection : 1 Gbps (Premium)
Bandwidth : 100TB

CPU, RAM, HardDrive everything was OK but only the problem is Bandwidth.

It has Bandwidth 100TB/mo but not enough for me.
My server Bandwidth usage is over 100TB.
So I need Unmetered/Unlimited Bandwidth.
They do have Unmetered/Unlimited Bandwidth but it cost over $240/mo and it is out of my budget.

Actually connection 1 Gbps is not necessary. Maybe 500Mbit/s is enough but it must has Unmetered/Unlimited Bandwidth.

Is there anywhere I can get that kind of server with around $70?
Or please let me know any server that comes with Unmetered/Unlimited Bandwidth.
