If Paid, How Much? depends, on how much you works and how active the site becomes. If we make any revenue then yes it will be divided among the staff.
Why are you requesting staff? We are starting a new site and need some help :D


Also we are looking for active members as well :D

AnimeGlee is a site for HD animewith 480/720/1080p movies ova's TV and ost's, we allow members to submit their own links that we can add to the main site, which they then can generate points with etc.

sorry snell most of the members speak english and there is a higher abundance of english HD anime. If you don't want to be a mod we still need some active members to help us form a community :D

also as long as you speak english you can still be a mod in the forum
