Encoded but with Different Resolution

Hi nosvideo, i registered here today so that i could inform u of the bugs. I ever reported about the subtitle bug; subtitle that failed to be uploaded.. that was answered & rectified promptly. But problems about encoding, i do face many. I tried to reach you on your Skype but no response for two weeks.

Videos in HD 720p was more often encoded to 480p & 240p. Only one or two made it to 720p.

Few days ago, 720p & all other videos were encoded fine..it was bypassed cause size & bitrate stays the same with no changes. But i suffered numerous Cloudflares problem, videos failed at the last moment during upload..so have to upload the same video a few times. The problem persists for one day. After that there have been no problem til... now.

Videos now takes a longer time to upload. A 750mb / 720p video took around 40mins to be uploaded. I uploaded one video earlier today, it failed to encode. I uploaded one again at 12.27pm. Til now, 3pm it's still not encoded - 2 an a half hour. The video i uploaded is in mp4 container, aac-lc. I uploaded the same video to RapidVideo & it was encoded to 720p / 480p / 360p / 240p with hard coded subtitle within half an hour so there isn't any problem with the video.

I'll try again with the same video & a smaller file. And also, 1080p will always be encoded to 480p.

Added after 3 Hours 15 minutes:

I've managed to upload 3 more videos..1 different & 2 of the same video stated before. The new video, 720x400 | 427mb was encoded nicely..same bitrate & size. The 720p one was encoded but it becomes 1128x480: imgur.com / bQ1mOOe

In 5hrs plus, i only get 1 video encoded but the resolution? Hope you guys manage to sort this bug out or i'll just have to look for another host.
