Any reason you chose a green logo? It's kind of christmas like, it looks a tad bit odd. also your active post icons don't fit the site either.
Other then those two things you modified, it's just another generic site that looks exactly the same as all the others because you used a prepaid skin.

and i made only 2 sections for guests for a specific reason :D
i have installed force registration and many guests (almost 90%+) will be on Guest Dumps :D so i get more registrations
our traffic is just solely based on organic and spamming :D as we are yet to submit to ddl's :D

I think early on when your site is new & has very little content and popularity, forced registrations don't work very well. The majority will simply leave without registering and never come back since there are loads of other forums to get the same stuff.
Make all sections open to guests initially. Work on building up permanent traffic, popularity and content. For a warez forum, content is king, remember that. When you have decent traffic flowing in daily, you can choose to make certain section closed to guests.
The logo looks fine, simple but effective. I don't see any need to change it. Skin looks good but perhaps a little generic but I am not one of those who would pay a hefty sum for a premium skin but that's just me :P

well to be frank forced registrations works like charm :D bcz i am getting hell amount of guests from twitter :D and it have significantly increased my member counts
