Well i'm a noob :P just staring in this skin making thing ..well i made a few but these two are my best ones so far..

please poet your opinions on them .. from 0/10.. and of course tips as well thanks

the vibrant blue in the first one looks nice against the white, though the logo/banner/header doesn't look very good so work on that. nice job overall though
