does anyone here sell vcc or something that can verify my account ty

Step 2 - Set up a checking or savings account
Step 3 - Link with new PayPal
Step 4 - If chosen checking...you will also have a debit card, verify with that as well as the checking account info

i have a bank account its just i used it on my other paypal. Can i use it again?

Also i made the account and sent money from my other account and noticed the sending limit was $0, the money has been stuck ever since. I registered it for a friend and he lived in usa so i made it USA, but i live in australia. i know its only $30 but would be nice to get it out.

Have him make a bank account and then login that paypal and verify it? I don't know what else you really have to do. I would go to the bank and make a new account but then whatever money is in that PayPal will go to my account when requested a withdraw to bank account.

So best bet, have your friend make the bank account then so that if he/she wants the money in their bank they can just send it that way without problems.

Some sites only accept payment from verified accounts. Steam for example. It reduces fraud for the seller. So yes, get a VCC and you can verify right away and shop with your balance online anywhere :D
