A few months ago Taringa was a gold mine for spanish uploaders, but the admins changed the rules due the abuse of the site and now it isn't good. I remember when I used to post a music album or some software and in minutes I had 30-50 downloads...

Now the admins want to convert the site in a comunity (web2) (no warez). You need to be New Full User in Taringa or Poringa in order to show your post in the main page.

Another good site is ba-k.com
